Toledo Streets Newspaper is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization incorporated under the laws of the state of Ohio. As such, all cash donations directly to Toledo Streets Newspaper are tax-deductible to the extent they are not a gift made in the name of a Toledo Streets Vendor. Donations made in direct support of a vendor will be passed through to the individual. As such, these payments will not be tax deductible pursuant IRS Revenue Ruling 62-113.
